出于饮食和健康原因,有必要找一灵敏的方法测定食盐中碘,分光光度法、活化法和催化法非常适于测定低浓度(约5μg/g)的碘,这里介绍一种灵敏而又特效的催化法用于日常测定食盐中的碘。可是,应用的原理与通常采用砷(Ⅲ)一铈(Ⅳ)等指示反应的氧化——还原催化作用不同,该方法是基于在稀盐酸溶液中六氯锑酸盐水解时碘化物的催化作用。
For dietary and health reasons, it is necessary to find a sensitive method for the determination of iodine in table salt. Spectrophotometry, activation and catalysis are very suitable for the determination of low concentrations (about 5 μg / g) of iodine. Here we introduce a sensitive Special effects of the catalytic method for the daily determination of iodine in salt. However, the applied principle is different from that of the oxidation-reduction catalysis which usually uses the indicated reaction of arsenic (III) and cerium (IV). The method is based on the catalysis of iodide during the hydrolysis of hexachloroantimonate in diluted hydrochloric acid solution .
