培养创新人才是高校永恒的历史使命,实验教学是理工科院校人才培养的重要环节。本文以培养创新人才为背景,针对高分子材料专业学生学习中积极性不高、理论与实践脱节等问题,开展教学研究与教学改革,从改革实验教学体系,改进实验教学内容,创新教学方法与手段等方面介绍了高分子实验教学改革在创新人才培养中的重要作用。实践证明,这些改革可有效激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的动手能力和创新意识,是培养学生综合素质的重要途径。
Cultivating innovative talents is the eternal historic mission of colleges and universities. Experiment teaching is an important part of personnel training in science and engineering colleges. In this paper, based on the training of innovative talents, the teaching of polymer materials majors is not highly motivated, and the theory and practice are out of touch with each other, and from the aspects of reforming the experimental teaching system, improving the experimental teaching content, innovating teaching methods and means And other aspects introduced the experimental teaching of polymer innovation in the training of innovative talents in the important role. Practice has proved that these reforms can effectively stimulate student interest in learning and improve students ’practical ability and sense of innovation is an important way to develop students’ overall quality.
