De-leveraged, has been ranked by the end of 2015 Central Economic Work Conference to determine the “three to drop a fill” five tasks. However, in 2016, progress has been made in terms of capacity reduction, inventory reduction, cost reduction and make up for shortcomings. Only de-leveraging will take place until the fourth quarter.
