介绍了2015年8月31日降雨过程,暴雨造成沧州市城区大面积积水,严重影响了当地群众的正常生活。对暴雨过后造成的影响进行了简要分析,提出了可能的减灾措施,为城区防洪减灾提供依据。
The rainfall course on August 31, 2015 was introduced. Heavy rain caused a large area of water accumulation in the urban area of Cangzhou, seriously affecting the normal life of local people. A brief analysis of the impact caused after the torrential rains was made and possible mitigation measures were put forward to provide the basis for flood control and disaster mitigation in urban areas.
