本文研究了白僵菌分生孢子对小白鼠的致癌作用。雌雄各半,4wk龄600只小白鼠分为四组:对照组,孢子口服组,孢子吸入10min/d组和孢子吸入60min/d组。实验约13个月(397d)结束时,杀死全部小白鼠进行组织病理学检查。在实验组和对照组小白鼠,没有发现良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤生长。但是,在孢子吸入组小白鼠发生的间质性肺炎,肉芽肿和/或早期纤维化明显的高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验结果表明,白僵菌孢子对小白鼠没有致癌作用。
In this paper, the carcinogenicity of Beauveria bassiana conidia to mice was studied. Male and female half, 4wk age 600 mice were divided into four groups: control group, spore oral group, spore inhalation 10min / d group and spore inhalation 60min / d group. At the end of the experiment, about 13 months (397 days), all mice were killed for histopathological examination. In the experimental and control mice, no benign and malignant tumors were found. However, interstitial pneumonia, granuloma and / or early fibrosis in mice inoculated with spores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The experimental results show that Beauveria bassiana spores on mice have no carcinogenic effects.
