为进一步明确水平井数值模拟过程中井筒内因素对生产动态特性的影响 ,利用水平井数学模型和多年来进行数值模拟研究的经验 ,对影响水平井动态特性的井筒模型网格划分、井筒热损失、井筒压降等 3个因素进行了研究。结果表明 ,水平井井筒模型的不同网格划分决定了影响油藏和井筒的压力等参数分布的端部效应 ;井筒内的热损失对水平井井长优选、油井产量等均有影响 ,其中干度的敏感性分析表明 :干度提高 ,产液量和油汽比均有所提高 ,适当提高注汽速度将减少热损失 ;给出了对井筒内造成的压力损失的基本条件 ,可以采取不同井筒半径、射孔方案、完井技术等手段对压力损失进行控制
In order to further clarify the influence of wellbore factors on production dynamic characteristics during the horizontal well numerical simulation, based on the experience of horizontal well mathematical model and years of numerical simulation, the effects of wellbore model meshing, wellbore heat loss , Wellbore pressure drop and other three factors were studied. The results show that the different grids of horizontal wellbore model determine the end effect of the distribution of pressure and other parameters that affect the reservoir and wellbore. The heat loss in the wellbore has an influence on the well length optimization of horizontal well and oil well production, etc. Degree of sensitivity analysis showed that: the increase of dryness, liquid production and oil-vapor ratio are increased, the appropriate increase in steam injection speed will reduce the heat loss; gives the basic conditions of pressure loss caused in the wellbore can take different Wellbore radius, perforation program, completion technology and other means to control the pressure loss
