对Al2O3和PTC陶瓷薄件进行了固着磨料研磨实验，分析了不同参数对磨削效率和表面粗糙度的影响，提出了有效研磨工程陶瓷薄件的方法。
The fixed abrasive grinding experiments on Al2O3 and PTC ceramic thin parts were carried out. The influences of different parameters on grinding efficiency and surface roughness were analyzed. A method of effectively grinding engineering ceramic thin parts was proposed.
