青少年的身体发育和性成熟是机体发育和统一的过程，要对其有科学的评定。本文对青少年成长过程中所涉及的体育公共卫生及相关方面的知识加以论述，强调青少年应在学校体育教师的指导下进行各种体育训练，达到减少运动创伤的目的。
