采用比较分析法对试验中不同H2O2介质浓度下摩擦系数及磨损量进行对比分析,并采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对在H2O2介质中相对运动的销-盘摩擦副进行了磨粒分析、磨损表面显微分析和SEM分析。结果表明销-盘摩擦副的摩擦磨损为腐蚀磨损和磨粒磨损交互作用。
The comparative analysis of the friction coefficient and the wear amount under different concentrations of H2O2 in the experiment was carried out by comparative analysis. The wear-surface analysis of the pin-plate friction pair in the relative motion in H2O2 media was carried out by the metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. Microscopic analysis and SEM analysis. The results show that the frictional wear of pin-disk friction pair is the interaction of corrosive wear and abrasive wear.
