游泳运动员肌纤维类型是由遗传因素决定的,即使是经过系统的训练,对肌肉纤维百分比引起的变化也少于10%。在游泳运动中,将先天骨骼肌肌纤维条件优秀,符合游泳运动的少年儿童选拔出来,这在将来的游泳训练中,以及在竞技游泳比赛中都有更加大的可能性得到更高的成就。本文通过对绍兴市体校游泳运动员的选材研究,以及对比肌纤维类型的鉴定在游泳运动员选材中的应用,将那些拥有适合游泳的少年儿童运动员提出选材的更好的方法,以及对目前全国游泳运动员选材存在的问题提出建议,并加以更好的改进以及规范。
