针对我国柴油机薄壁铸件生产中出现的主要问题,我们分析了孕育剂的趋势,探索了有关元素的孕育特性,研制了碳硅锶复合孕育剂(简称SCX),其化学成分(%)为:C5~45,Si40~65,Sr0.5~2,Ca≤0.5,Al≤0.5,Fe余量。这种孕育剂以HT25—47铁水和薄壁铸件为主要应用对象,以消除薄断面白口和改善断面敏感性。在试验室通过大量的试验研究和在江阴县柴油机配件厂以及青岛内燃机厂的生产使用,均取得了满意的结果。这种孕育剂具有石墨化能力强,抗衰退时间长和断面敏感性小的特点,是一种适用于柴油机缸盖、机体等薄壁高强度灰铸铁件的有效孕育剂。
In view of the main problems in the production of diesel engine thin-walled castings in China, we analyzed the tendency of inoculants and explored the inoculation characteristics of these elements. We developed a carbon-silicon-strontium compound inoculant (SCX) with chemical composition (%) as follows: C5 to 45, Si40 to 65, Sr0.5 to 2, Ca≤0.5, Al≤0.5, Fe balance. This inoculant uses HT25-47 hot metal and thin-walled castings as the main target to eliminate the white cross-section and improve cross-section sensitivity. In the laboratory through a large number of pilot studies and in Jiangyin County Diesel Engine Parts Factory and Qingdao internal combustion engine plant production and use, have achieved satisfactory results. This inoculant has the characteristics of high graphitization ability, long anti-recession time and small cross-sectional sensitivity. It is an effective inoculant suitable for thin-walled, high-strength gray iron castings such as diesel engine cylinder head and body.
