这是一个经营资源丰富的时代,但因为庞大的经营资源被不同的经济实体所分别占有,这也是一个经营资源匮乏的时代。21世纪的企业扩张应当立足于广泛协调使用不同所有者的经营资源,进行虚拟经营扩张。虚拟经营将企业内外部经营资源进行跨越空间的功能性整合。它改变了传统的企业扩张途径,也改变了传统的企业规模标准。进行虚拟经营的关键是要确定好企业竞争的战略环节,建立一套可靠、有效的管理信息系统。
This is an era of abundant management resources, but because the huge resources of management are separately occupied by different economic entities, this is also an era of lack of management resources. The expansion of enterprises in the 21st century should be based on the extensive coordination and use of operating resources of different owners for virtual business expansion. Fictitious management will be the internal and external business resources across the functional integration. It has changed the traditional way of business expansion, but also changed the traditional scale of the enterprise standards. The key to fictitious management is to determine the strategic links of enterprise competition and establish a reliable and effective management information system.
