目的:探讨在COPD患者中实施有计划、有针对性的健康教育模式的效果。方法:选取2015年3月~2016年3月在浙江省湖州市中心医院治疗的COPD患者84例,随机分为两组各42例,对照组常规交代关于药物应用、饮食、运动的注意事项,并指导呼吸功能锻炼,观察组采取有计划、有针对性的健康教育模式,分别采用自我护理能力测定量表与圣乔治呼吸问卷评估患者自我护理能力与生活质量。结果:干预后观察组ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组SGRQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有计划、有针对性的健康教育模式,能够提高COPD患者自我护理能力和生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of planned and targeted health education in COPD patients. Methods: From March 2015 to March 2016, 84 patients with COPD treated in Huzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into two groups of 42 cases. The control group routinely explained the precautions of drug application, diet and exercise, And instructed respiratory function exercise. The observation group adopted a planned and targeted health education model, and self-care ability and quality of life were evaluated by self-care ability scale and St. George’s respiratory questionnaire respectively. Results: After intervention, the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After the intervention, the SGRQ score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: A planned and targeted health education model can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of COPD patients.
