药物流产是应用药物终止早期妊娠的一种方法,限用于怀孕天数小于49天、超声提示为子宫内早孕、孕囊的直径小于2.5cm、患者年龄18～40岁之间的早孕女性.我们来看一个病例:rn病例介绍rn患者19岁,未婚,主因“停经46天,要求终止妊娠”于2020年9月8日入院.患者平素月经规律,末次月经2020年7月24日,停经30+天自测尿妊娠试验阳性,早孕反应轻,无阴道出血.3天前就诊于我院门诊,查彩超提示早孕,盆腔积液,宫内见1.3cm×1.3cm×1.0cm胎囊回声,内见卵黄囊及较小胎芽回声,胎心动不清.患者要求入院终止妊娠.
