利用24对SSR引物比较了来自广东高州、江西、福建、云南等地区及东南亚不同国家共计240份普通野生稻材料的遗传多样性.结果表明,24对引物中平均有17个位点表现出了多态性,平均多态位点比率为69%;平均总等位基因数、平均每个位点的等位基因数和多态位点的平均等位基因数分别为51.1,2.04和2.43;平均基因多样性为0.8447.高州野生稻5个居群间已经出现了较显著的分化.上述遗传多样性参数均表明,高州镇江镇朋山村(陂头洞)野生稻应该是高洲野生稻的一个遗传分化中心和遗传多样性中心.高州野生稻很可能是广东普通野生稻、华南和中国普通野生稻最大的一个遗传分化中心和遗传多样性中心.
24 pairs of SSR primers were used to compare the genetic diversity of 240 common wild rice cultivars from Gaozhou, Jiangxi, Fujian, Yunnan and other countries in Southeast Asia. The results showed that an average of 17 out of 24 primers showed Polymorphism, the average polymorphic loci ratio was 69%; the average total alleles, the average number of alleles per locus and the average number of alleles were 51.1,2.04 and 2.43 respectively; The average genetic diversity was 0.8447.Over 5 populations of Gaozhou wild rice had a more significant differentiation.The genetic diversity parameters indicated that the wild rice in Pengshan Village (Yingtou-dong), Zhenjiang Town, Gaozhou should be one of the highland wild rice Genetic differentiation centers and genetic diversity centers.Gaozhou wild rice is probably the largest genetic differentiation center and genetic diversity center of common wild rice in Guangdong, common wild rice in South China and China.
