改革开放以来,为进一步适应经济社会的发展,我国事业单位不断进行人力资源管理改革。当前我国经济正处在飞速发展之中,且事业单位通过多年的人力资源管理改革,取得了一定成效。但是在我国事业单位人力资源管理的改革进程中,也暴露出了一些问题和不足,在总结我国当前事业单位人力资源管理现状的基础上,提出一些改革创新的措施,以期为我国事业单位人力资源管理创新工作提供一些参考。
