2003年,对于中国机械工程学会热处理学会来说颇有纪念意义。作为一个全国性材料热处理科技工作者的学术团体,多年来始终致力于学科的发展和行业的技术进步,如今,它已走过了整整40个春秋。 当前我国已成为全球最具吸引力的市场,伴随着众多外企涌入以及大量外资的大量引入,我国机械制造业正面临着重大的机遇和挑战。作为制造业中居于重要地位的热处理行业现正面临哪些新的情况,应如何应对?在新的形势下,作为权威的行业学术组织又将如何服务好行业?带着这些问题,我们采访了热处理学会徐跃明秘书长。
In 2003, for the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society heat treatment quite memorable.
