1 实验室的质量管理与质量控制 在20世纪中叶,我国在医院实验室中建立了室内质量控制(IQC),也就是在检测临床标本的同时,对质控物进行监测,从质控物结果的SD变化来了解病人标本结果是否准确。不久又在IQC基础上建立了室间质量控制评价(EQA),就是依靠于临床实验室外的国家临床检验中心和各省市临床检验中心,统一向医院实验室发送质控物定期测试,并向主办单位报告测试结果,国家临床检验中心、各省市临床检验中心进行统一分析各实验室的质量
1 Laboratory Quality Management and Quality Control In the middle of the 20th century, China established an indoor quality control (IQC) in hospital laboratories, that is, while monitoring clinical specimens, the quality control materials were monitored from the control results. The SD changes to understand the accuracy of patient specimens. Soon after, IQC was established on the basis of the IQC (Equipment Quality Control Evaluation), which relied on the National Clinical Laboratory Center outside the clinical laboratory and the provincial and municipal clinical testing centers to uniformly send quality control items to hospital laboratories for testing. The organizer reported the test results, the National Clinical Laboratory Center and the provincial and municipal clinical testing centers conducted a unified analysis of the quality of each laboratory.
