从甘肃当归〔Angelica sinensis(Oliv、)Diels〕的根的水提液中分得一种多糖 ASI.经Sepharose 4B 凝胶过滤及高压玻璃纤维纸电泳表明 ASI 为均一体。ASI 是杂多糖,由阿拉伯糖,半乳糖、葡萄糖、鼠李糖组成,其克分子比为1.38∶1.27∶1.00∶1.07,[α](?)+128.4(?)(C=0.218,H_2O),(?)W>2×10~6.当归多糖 ASI 具有一定的幅射防护作用,照射前24h 和30min 两次给予多糖能促进小鼠造血功能的恢复,能防止胸腺的继发性萎缩,也能显著提高致死量照射小鼠30天存活率,30天存活率的剂量递减系数(DRF)为1.52.
A polysaccharide was obtained from the aqueous extract of roots of Angelica sinensis (Oliv) Diels in Gansu Province. ASI was filtered by Sepharose 4B gel and high-pressure glass fiber paper electrophoresis showed that ASI was uniform. ASI is a heteropolysaccharide composed of arabinose, galactose, glucose, and rhamnose, with a molar ratio of 1.38:1.27:1.00:1.07, [α](?)+128.4(?) (C=0.218, H_2O). , (?)W>2×10~6. Angelica polysaccharide ASI has a certain radiation protection effect. The two polysaccharides given 24h and 30min before irradiation can promote recovery of hematopoietic function in mice and prevent secondary atrophy of the thymus. It also significantly increased the 30-day survival rate of lethally irradiated mice, and the dose reduction factor (DRF) of the 30-day survival rate was 1.52.
