根据不同地貌、地质条件在30个县市按剖面、同步、随机取土壤样品以及在消化系癌高、低发县取稻谷样品测定锌含量,作相关和对比分析显示:土壤、稻谷锌含量与消化系癌呈负相关关系;在缺锌Wister大鼠模型中,用MNNG作致癌剂,致消化系癌的实验研究,其结果与相关和对比分析相一致,进一步揭示出微量元素锌与消化系癌的密切关系。
