采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2/碳纳米短管复合体,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差热-热重分析仪(TG-DTA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见光谱仪(UV-vis)对复合体的过程和微观结构进行了分析,结果表明:短管与钛酸丁酯的质量比为1%,热处理温度为500℃时,光催化降解活性艳红X-3B效果最好,同时TiO2与碳纳米短管的复合造成TiO2的吸收谱线蓝移。
The TiO2 / carbon nanotubes composites were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by XRD, TG-DTA, SEM and UV-Vis (UV-vis). The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation of reactive brilliant red X-3B by the mass ratio of short tube to tetrabutyl titanate was 1% and the heat treatment temperature was 500 ℃. The best, at the same time TiO2 and carbon nanotubes caused by absorption of TiO2 absorption line blue shift.
