一向以食用动物性食品为主的欧美国家,突然兴起一股“豆腐热”。以致一些豆腐商大得其利。由于欧美市场上的豆制品多由日本输的,所以,哪里的人们多错误地认为豆腐最先产于日本,其真正始祖是我们中国却较少人所知了。相传,豆腐是我国汉代淮南王刘安所创,至今已有两千年的历史了。五代时期陶谷的《清异录》里说:“日市豆腐数筒,邑人呼豆腐为小宰羊”,“鲜”之一字乃鱼与羊。古人把豆腐比作鲜美的羔羊,可见,古人是
