目的评价超声乳化联合负度数人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障合并超高度近视患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年10月至2007年10月间我院收治的白内障合并超高度近视患者110例(146眼)的临床资料,所有患者均施行超声乳化联合负度数人工晶状体植入术,以第三代理论公式计算人工晶状体屈光度数。术后随访6~12个月,记录术后最佳矫正视力、屈光度数及其与预期屈光度数的偏差值,记录术中术后并发症情况。结果随访期内,124眼最佳矫正视力提高,22眼最佳矫正视力未改变;术后屈光度数偏差值<(±1.00)D者共76眼,<(±2.00)D者共124眼;术中后囊膜破裂2眼,术后后发性白内障17眼;74例单眼手术中36例出现双眼干扰症状;未见眼压升高者,未见视网膜脱离和脉络膜脱离者。结论超声乳化联合负度数人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障合并超高度近视安全,且效果良好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with negative intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract combined with ultra-high myopia. Methods The clinical data of 110 patients (146 eyes) with cataract combined with ultra-high myopia admitted to our hospital from October 2004 to October 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent phacoemulsification with negative intraocular lens implantation The third generation theory formula for calculating intraocular lens refraction. The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The best corrected visual acuity, refractive power and their deviation from expected refractive power were recorded. Postoperative complications were recorded. Results During the follow-up period, the best corrected visual acuity of 124 eyes improved and the best corrected visual acuity of 22 eyes did not change. There were totally 76 eyes of less than (± 1.00) D and 124 eyes of <(2.00) There were 2 eyes with posterior capsular rupture and 17 eyes with posterior cataract. There were 36 cases of binocular interference in 74 cases of monocular surgery. No cases of intraocular pressure and no retinal detachment and choroidal detachment were observed. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with negative intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective in treating cataract with super high myopia.
