目的观察厄沙贝坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年性高血压病的临床疗效。方法将56例老年性高血压病患者随机分为观察组28例,口服厄沙贝坦联合服用氢氯噻嗪;对照组28例,单纯口服厄沙贝坦。两组的疗程均为8周,监测治疗前后两组血压、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂、血钾及心电图的情况,比较两组的疗效。结果两组治疗后观察组的总有效率85.7%,对照组的总有效率67.9%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(p<0.05)。结论厄沙贝坦联合氢氯噻嗪的降压效果优于厄沙贝坦单用时的降压效果。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozabenan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods Fifty-six patients with senile hypertension were randomly divided into observation group (n = 28) and losartan plus hydrochlorothiazide (n = 28), and control group (n = 28). Both groups were treated for 8 weeks, before and after treatment to monitor the two groups of blood pressure, liver and kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipids, potassium and ECG situation, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 85.7% in the observation group and 67.9% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (p <0.05). Conclusions The hypotensive effect of combined use of othearbetamine and hydrochlorothiazide is better than that of othertetabine alone.
