针对CRH3型动车组变流器冷却风扇的失效情况,分析了列车的振动工况,利用有限元软件对风扇进行了模态分析和强度分析。根据风扇振动模态和应力分布情况,确定了原结构强度的薄弱位置,与实际失效情况吻合。进行合理改进后,结构强度和安全性得到大幅提高,改进后固有频率有效避开了车体振动频率,避免了与车体的共振。最后对螺栓孔处裂纹进行了超声检测,检测效果良好,能够区分裂纹的大小和位置。
Aiming at the failure condition of the cooling fan of CRH3 EMU converter, the vibration condition of the train is analyzed. The modal analysis and strength analysis of the fan are carried out by finite element software. According to the fan vibration mode and stress distribution, the weak position of the original structure strength is determined, which is consistent with the actual failure situation. After reasonable improvement, the structural strength and safety have been greatly improved. The improved natural frequency effectively avoids the vibration frequency of the vehicle body and avoids the resonance with the vehicle body. Finally, the bolt hole crack at the ultrasonic test, the detection effect is good, can distinguish the size and location of cracks.
