目的研究龋活跃儿童和无龋儿童唾液特异性抗体水平,了解机体免疫状况与龋病发生的关系。方法使用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)方法,对30名龋活跃儿童和20名无龋儿童唾液中抗变形链球菌表面蛋白抗原的SIgA抗体进行测定。结果无龋儿童唾液中抗特异性抗体水平明显高于龋活跃儿童。结论提示无龋儿童可能是因其唾液中存在的高水平特异性抗体抑制了龋病的发生。
Objective To study salivary antibody levels in caries-active children and caries-free children and to understand the relationship between immune status and dental caries. Methods SIgA antibodies to Streptococcus mutans surface protein antigens in saliva of 30 caries-active children and 20 caries-free children were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of anti-specific antibodies in saliva of caries-free children was significantly higher than that of caries-free children. Conclusions suggest that caries-free children may be due to the presence of high levels of specific antibodies in their saliva inhibit the occurrence of dental caries.
