本实验切除64只SD雌性大鼠双侧卵巢并拔除全部磨牙后,应用扫描电镜(SEM)和MIAS—200图象分析系统,动态地观察了失牙后各程期(1—8月)大鼠剩余牙槽骨骨小梁结构变化,以及与股骨骨小梁变化的关系。结果表明:雌激素低下使大鼠剩余牙槽骨骨量减少,实质是骨小梁体密度减少。早期以骨小梁板厚度减少为主,后期以骨小梁板密度减少为主。股骨骨量丧失是骨小梁板密度和板厚度共同减少所致。股骨骨小梁体密度减少与剩余牙槽骨体密度减少密切相关,说明后者为全身性骨量改变的局部口腔表现。
In this study, 64 female SD rats were excised from both ovaries and all molars were removed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and MIAS-200 image analysis system were used to dynamically observe Structural changes of trabecular bone in remaining alveolar bone of rats and its relationship with changes of trabecular bone in femur. The results showed that low estrogen reduced the amount of remaining alveolar bone in rats, and the essence was the decrease of trabecular body density. Early trabecular plate thickness reduction mainly to reduce the trabecular plate density. Loss of femoral bone mass is due to a combination of reduced trabecular and plate thickness. Decreased femoral trabecular bone density and the remaining alveolar bone density is closely related to reduce, indicating that the latter is the local oral bone mineral content changes in performance.
