我们于1985年1月到1986年4月以胰高糖素和胰岛索(G-1)疗法及支链氨基酸为主的综合方法治疗重型病毒性肝炎(重型肝炎13例。为探讨G-1疗法的作用机理,12例在治疗开始、第7日及结束日检测了血浆环磷腺苷(cAMP)、环磷乌苷(cGMP)、血清胰岛素(In)和甲胎蛋白(AFP)等。发现给药后cAMP明显升高,间接提示G-1疗法有激活肝细胞膜受体促进肝细胞再生的作用。现分析报道如下。
In January 1985 to April 1986 we treated glucagon and pancreatic islet (G-1) therapy and branched-chain amino acids based comprehensive treatment of severe viral hepatitis (severe hepatitis 13 cases.)
