通过界定R&D联盟网络的内涵并分析其社会属性,得出R&D联盟网络是社会网络的一种类型。运用强弱关系和结构洞等社会网络理论,从结构、关系和位置三个维度,揭示了R&D联盟网络效应形成的微观机理,并对诺基亚如何获取R&D联盟网络效应进行了实证分析,得出了R&D联盟网络能够产生结构维度的知识转移效应和组织学习效应、关系维度的社会资本效应和创新效应以及位置维度的控制效应、信息效应和声望效应的结论。通过揭示R&D联盟网络效应的形成机理,为网络环境下研发企业有效利用R&D联盟网络优势提供理论支持。
By defining the connotation of R & D alliance network and analyzing its social attributes, it is concluded that R & D alliance network is a type of social network. By using the social network theory such as the relationship between strength and weakness and structure hole, this paper reveals the micro-mechanism of the formation of network effect of R & D alliance from the three dimensions of structure, relationship and position, and empirically analyzes how Nokia obtains the network effect of R & D alliance. The R & D alliance network can produce knowledge transfer effect and organizational learning effect of structural dimension, social capital effect and innovation effect of relational dimension, and the control effect, information effect and prestige effect of location dimension. By revealing the formation mechanism of network effect of R & D alliance, this paper provides theoretical support for R & D enterprises to effectively utilize the network advantage of R & D alliance in network environment.
