又到一年开学季,幼儿园又有不少新教师充实到教师队伍中来,新教师有着明显的发展优势,但也存在一些问题。如能力不足,情绪不稳定,处理同事关系、师幼关系、家园关系不当等。为了让新教师尽快适应幼儿园的工作,缩短成长周期,本园通过师徒结对的方式,做好新教师的指导工作,促进新教师尽快成长。老教师对新老师进行有针对性的指导,这有利于提高幼儿园教师队伍的整体水平,从而形成优秀教师梯队,为幼儿园的长远发展打下基础。
