目的:探讨人精液溶脲脲原体(ureaplasmaurealyticum,Uu)感染与生殖细胞凋亡的关系.方法:采用PCR检测精液中Uu.用瑞姬染色和末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶(TdT)介导的脱氧核苷酸原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测凋亡的生殖细胞.结果:Uu感染组凋亡的生殖细胞体积缩小、核固缩、染色质密度增加,聚集在核膜周边形成半月形,胞质有空泡.凋亡率为(14.5±4.6)%明显高于正常对照组(4.1±1.8)%(P<0.01).结论:Uu感染能引起生殖细胞凋亡的增加.
Objective: To investigate the relationship between human sperm ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection and germ cell apoptosis.Methods: Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the Uu in seminal fluid, which was mediated by Rehmann stain and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) The apoptotic germ cells were detected by TUNEL method.Results: The apoptotic germ cells in Uu infected group were reduced in size, nuclear pyknosis and chromatin density increased, and gathered around the nuclear membrane to form a semilunar (14.5 ± 4.6%) was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (4.1 ± 1.8%) (P <0.01) .Conclusion: Uu infection can cause the increase of germ cell apoptosis.
