风险倾向在组织管理研究领域中占有重要的位置。基于国内外相关文献的研究,本文首先探讨了风险和风险倾向的内涵、分析了风险倾向的维度结构以及相应的测量量表,然后评价了文化环境、组织氛围、历史绩效等因素对组织风险倾向的影响,同时梳理了风险倾向与组织绩效之间的不确定关系。最后,文章针对当前研究中的不足,提出了未来研究需要关注的相关问题。
Risk tendencies play an important role in the field of organizational management research. Based on the research of related literatures at home and abroad, this paper first explores the connotation of risk and risk propensity, analyzes the dimension structure of risk propensity and the corresponding measurement scale, and then evaluates the influence of factors such as cultural environment, organizational climate and historical performance on organizational risk tendencies At the same time, it also sort out the uncertain relationship between risk predisposition and organizational performance. Finally, the article proposes some problems that need to be paid attention to in the future research in view of the current research deficiencies.
