目的观察杜密克灌肠法治疗口服阿片类药物引起便秘的疗效。方法将口服阿片类药物引起便秘的患者随机分为二组,治疗组40例通过杜密克灌肠的方法缓解便秘的症状,对照组40例通过肥皂水灌肠的方法缓解便秘的症状。结果治疗组总有效率达97.5%,对照组总有效率达80%。结论通过杜密克灌肠的方法缓解口服阿片类药物引起的便秘疗效显著。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Duke Ke enema in treating constipation caused by oral opioids. Methods Patients with constipation caused by oral opioids were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases of treatment group were relieved of symptoms of constipation by Duke Ke enema, and 40 cases of control group were relieved of symptoms of constipation by soapy water enema. Results The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. Conclusions The effect of oral opioid-induced constipation was relieved by Duke’s enema.
