目的：本研究主要就血管超声检查在下肢骨折术中的应用情况展开分析讨论，以此来为此类患者的手术治疗提供参考。方法：选择我院2012年2月-2014年4月所收治400例下肢骨折患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行下肢骨折手术治疗，且在术前均采用多普勒超声仪来对下肢深静脉进行检测，对其检测结果进行分析。结果：在本研究的所有患者中，有60例患者存在不同程度的深静脉血栓，其中有25例患者的小腿肌间静脉存在血栓的情况。结论：在对下肢骨折患者进行治疗时，由于患者存在下肢深静脉血栓的可能性相对较高，因此，其手术以及麻醉风险较大，在术前最好对其进行全面检查，以此来降低手术风险性。“,”Objective: This study on the vascular ultrasound application in the operation of lower limb fracture are discussed, in order to operation treatment for such patients to provide reference.
