本文简略报告了香港推行《表现指标》的实践探索研究及其成效。该研究历时三年半,共分两个阶段进行,前后共有15位专家、1200多位幼教工作者、上万名幼儿参与。第一阶段研究探索各种推行《表现指标》的实践经验和实践模式﹐出版了《学前教育机构表现指标“学与教范畴”应用指引》(简称《资源套》),供教师参考使用。第二阶段则在64个学前教育机构中尝试使用《资源套》并进行自我评估和自我完善﹐以进一步验证有关经验和模式﹐补充﹑完善《资源套》。该研究为香港特别行政区政府最终大面积推广《表现指标》扫清了主要障碍,做好了理论准备。本文分析了这一经验对内地推行新《纲要》的启示。
This article briefly reports on the practical exploration research on Hong Kong’s “Performance Indicators” and its effectiveness. The study lasted three and a half years and was divided into two phases. There were 15 experts and over 1,200 preschool teachers and tens of thousands of children participated in the study. The first phase of the project explores practical experience and practice models for various performance indicators and publishes the Application Guidelines for Learning and Teaching Categories of Performance Indicators for Pre-primary Education Institutions (referred to as Resource Packages) for teachers’ reference. In the second phase, we tried to use “resource kits” in 64 pre-primary institutions to conduct self-assessment and self-improvement so as to further verify relevant experiences and models and supplement and improve the “resource kits.” The study cleared the major obstacles for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government to eventually popularize the “Performance Indicators” on a large scale and made a theoretical preparation. This article analyzes the implications of this experience for the implementation of the new “Outline” in the Mainland.
