本文探讨了温度、低盐度及淡水对文蛤幼虫的生长发育及变态的影响。育苗水温在26．9℃时，变态所需时间最短，为115小时，变态成活率74％；文蛤幼苗对淡水的适应能力较弱，对低盐度海水忍耐性很强。
This article explored the effects of temperature, low salinity and freshwater on the growth and metamorphosis of clam larvae. Seedling water temperature at 26.9 ℃, the shortest metamorphosis time for 115 hours, metamorphosis survival rate of 74%; clam seedlings adaptability to freshwater is weak, very strong tolerance to low salinity seawater.
