研制了一台热损失补偿型石墨量热计,用于测量置于~(60)Coγ射线束或电子束内石墨中的吸收剂量。量热计由中心核(吸收体)、外套、屏和介质组成。中心核和外套的热容相等,它们中的热敏电阻的灵敏度和阻值也相同。电校准期间,从中心流失到外套的大部分热量被自动地加到中心核的热量上。本装置的测量范围约为(0.1—10)Gy/min,在1Gy/min处的合成不确定应为±0.3%。与电离室的测量值作了比较,对非准直和准直~(60)Coγ射线束分别在1%和0.3%以内一致。给出了在DHJ-25型电子回旋加速器的高能X射线和电子束内测量石墨中吸收剂量的初步结果。在量热计的屏和介质中采用两级控温,显著提高了装置的稳定性。
A heat loss compensated graphite calorimeter was developed for the measurement of the absorbed dose in ~ (60) Coγ ray or electron beam graphite. Calorimeter by the central core (absorber), jacket, screen and media composition. The heat capacity of the center core and the jacket are equal, and the thermistor in them has the same sensitivity and resistance. During electrical calibration, most of the heat lost from the center to the jacket is automatically added to the heat of the center core. The measurement range of this device is about (0.1-10) Gy / min and the uncertainty of the synthesis at 1 Gy / min should be ± 0.3%. Compared with the measurements of the ionization chamber, the uncoordinated and collimated ~ (60) Coγ ray beams are within 1% and 0.3%, respectively. The preliminary results of measuring absorbed dose in graphite with high energy X-ray and electron beam of DHJ-25 type electron cyclotron are given. In the calorimeter screen and media using two temperature control, significantly improve the stability of the device.
