本文从热力学角度引入“物质吉布斯自由函数行列式法”讨论在不同压力下氧化铝、氟化铝与还原剂碳的反应生成低价氟化物(A lF)的条件。研究表明在常压下反应在2100 K以上发生;而在真空度为350~28 Pa时,反应在1800~1500 K时能进行,比常压下降低了300~600 K,为生产工艺的研究提供了热力学理论依据和试验基础。
In this paper, the “material Gibbs free function determinant method” is introduced from the thermodynamic point of view to discuss the conditions for the formation of the low-valent fluoride (AlF) under the reaction of alumina, aluminum fluoride and reductant carbon under different pressures. The results show that the reaction takes place above 2100 K at atmospheric pressure. When the degree of vacuum is between 350 and 28 Pa, the reaction can be carried out between 1800 and 1500 K, which is 300 ~ 600 K lower than that under atmospheric pressure. It provides the theoretical basis and experimental basis of thermodynamics.
