文中通过改进的TransVarestraint试验法(采用我院研制设备)对15种全奥氏体不锈钢及铸造耐热合金的焊缝凝固裂纹倾向进行全面的定量评定。首次提出了七种全奥氏体铸造耐热合金的BTR指标和对应的凝固塑性曲线。并对试验条件下产生的凝固裂纹形态规律提出了新的观点:采用二维温度场分析凝固裂纹断口的对应形貌特征;提出了“角形凝固裂纹断口模型”;推导了角形断口面积的近似计算公式。进而可得出评定焊缝凝固裂纹倾向的新的定量指标——角形断口面积S。为研究焊缝凝固裂纹扩展机制提供一新的途径。
In this paper, through a modified TransVarestraint test method (using our research equipment) comprehensive quantitative assessment of the tendency of the weld solidified cracks of 15 kinds of full austenitic stainless steel and cast heat-resistant alloys. For the first time, BTR index and corresponding solidification plasticity curves of seven all-austenite cast heat-resistant alloys were proposed. And put forward a new viewpoint on the morphological regularity of the solidified crack produced under the experimental conditions: The corresponding morphological characteristics of the solidified crack fracture were analyzed by using the two-dimensional temperature field; the “angular fracture fracture model” was proposed; the approximate calculation of the angular fracture area was deduced formula. And then we can get the new quantitative index to evaluate the tendency of weld solidification crack-angular fracture area S. It provides a new way to study the mechanism of weld crack growth.
