初中生是新时代的接班人,是祖国未来的希望。因此,初中班主任在教育培养这些新时代掌舵者时,一定要结合新时代对新型人才的发展要求和学生实际情况,制定完善的班级管理教育策略。本文深入教学实践,探析研究出一整套初中班主任对学生的管理教育策略:营建良好的班风是做学生工作第一要务;建立有效的班级管理体制是对学生进行有效管理、教育的保证;在处理班级事务中把握尺度是教育管理学生的标准;“因材施教”是对学生进行教育的重要方针。
Junior high school students are the successors of the new era and the hope of the motherland’s future.
