采用文献资料、教学实验、数理统计等方法,结合现代化的教学手段,对高校公共体育课教学方法进行实验研究,试图解决在高校公共体育课排球教学过程中学生感到“入门难”、“掌握难”、“运用难”的问题。通过实验研究发现:实验组基本技术评定成绩、达标成绩及技能消退水平都明显优于对照组,教学效果有显著性差异。
