近10年关于伞菌属真菌 A.blazei 抗肿瘤活性的研究多集中在该植物中的抗肿瘤多糖,如1,6-β-葡聚糖和葡聚糖蛋白混合物。为从分子水平弄清β-葡聚糖免疫机理,作者采用多种溶媒制备该植物多糖部位,并测定了其活性成分。结果显示,该植物热水提取物(AgHWE)、冷或热氢氧化钠提取物(AgCA和 AgHA)的主要成分均为1,6-β-葡聚糖,但只有氢氧化钠提取物对 ICR 小鼠肉瘤180具显著抗肿瘤活性。为弄清氢氧化钠提取物
The researches on the anti-tumor activity of A. blazei from the fungus A. blazei in the past 10 years mostly focused on the anti-tumor polysaccharides in the plant, such as the 1,6-β-glucan and dextran protein mixture. In order to understand the immunological mechanism of β-glucan from the molecular level, the author used a variety of solvents to prepare the polysaccharide part of the plant and determined its active ingredient. The results showed that the main components of the plant hot water extract (AgHWE), cold or hot sodium hydroxide extracts (AgCA and AgHA) were all 1,6-β-glucans, but only sodium hydroxide extracts were used for ICR. Mouse sarcoma 180 has significant anti-tumor activity. To clarify the sodium hydroxide extract
