我厂承制的高压压缩机阀片,工作条件较苛刻,除承受小能量多次冲击疲劳载荷外,还有弯曲交变应力及循环介质腐蚀等问题。几年来,我们对30CrMnSiA钢阀片的工艺试验表明,其质量与热处理工艺有密切的关系,经过改进,取得了较好的效果。现将改进后的工艺介绍如下:1.技术要求原材料为30CrMnSiA钢,带状组织≤1级,非金属夹杂物≤2.5级;基体硬度:HRC37~42,表面硬度HRC≥55;氮化层深度0.08~0.15mm(视阀片厚度而定)。
The high-pressure compressor valve made by our factory has more severe working conditions. In addition to the repeated impact fatigue load with small energy, there are problems such as bending alternating stress and cyclic medium corrosion. Over the past few years, our 30CrMnSiA steel valve plate test showed that the quality and heat treatment processes are closely related, improved, and achieved good results. The improved process is introduced as follows: 1. Technical Requirements Raw materials for the 30CrMnSiA steel, ribbon ≤ 1 level, non-metallic inclusions ≤ 2.5 level; substrate hardness: HRC37 ~ 42, surface hardness HRC ≥ 55; nitride layer depth 0.08 ~ 0.15mm (depending on the thickness of the valve).
