学生体质是我国实现民族振兴和国家富强的基础条件,其健康的身心状态是其智能资本转化的前提条件。有氧健身操能改善血液循环系统、提高心肺功量、提高肌肉的质量、更好的预防和减少高血压和高血脂疾病的发生,不仅能够促进全民健身、增强体质,对高校大学生综合心理状况的提高,也起着重要的作用。文章就健美操运动对大学生心理状况的影响及赛前赛后心理调适进行分析。并且对导致大学生失败的相关心理因素如焦虑、应激、动机、心理准备等进行初步探析,同时提出了相关的心理预防措施,以期对学生的临场发挥有所帮助。
