香蕉冠腐病又称白霉病,是香蕉采后及运输期间发生的重要病害之一,在部分地区达86%的发生率,高居采后病害之首。即便是在施用防腐剂、密封包装条件下,香蕉冠腐病仍然是最常出现的病害。发病原因:引发香蕉冠腐病的病原较为复杂,国内外已报道有10多个属,而国内报道引起本病的主要病原为串珠镰孢(图1)、亚粘团串珠镰刀、半裸镰孢霉和双胞镰孢(图2)等4种伤痍菌类镰刀菌,其中半裸镰孢霉致病力最强。采后贮藏半月左右,病菌最先从果轴切口等伤口
Banana crown rot, also known as white mold disease, is one of the most important diseases during post-harvest and transportation of bananas.
