晚期胰腺癌患者往往伴有难以控制的上腹部和腰背部疼痛,疼痛呈进行性加重,给患者带来极大的痛苦。我院自2000年起对不能根治性切除的胰腺癌在行姑息性手术同时做左内脏大神经切断术,取得了较好的镇痛效果,现报告如下。临床资料1.一般资料:本组18例,男14例,女4例,年龄53~74岁。1
