绩效管理在我国企业中的运用越来越广泛,随着出现的问题也就越来越多。在现实运用过程中,理论和实际不能很好的结合;实际运用者或企业管理者对绩效管理系统没有一个全面的认识;绩效管理体系不健全等等各种原因制约了绩效管理在我国企业的实施。本章在认真分析的基础上,对绩效管理现存问题进行了总结。
