目的本文对乳突梅氏位的摄影理论基础进行研究,目的是提高乳突摄影技术和影像的质量。方法选取乳突梅氏位X线影像片20例作为研究对象,并与CT片对照(因CT片有实际测量尺寸)。结果发现有的乳突轴位影像严重失真,其中有4例乳突轴位影像大于实际长度1~3 cm,有3例乳突轴位影像小于实际长度1~2 cm,有13例乳突轴位影像和实际长度相等或接近相等。失真程度约为±(15%~20%)左右,给临床诊断造成一定困难。结论在实际摄影工作中,乳突梅氏位倾斜双45°,这是个关键角度,不能增大或缩小。如果偏离这个度数,影像就要失真,偏离的越大,失真度越大,给临床诊断造成一定困难。
Aim To study the photographic basis of mastoid Mei’s position in order to improve the quality of mammography and imaging. Methods Twenty mastotian metaplasia X-ray films were selected as research objects and compared with CT slices (due to the actual measurement of CT slices). The results showed that some of the mammographic axial images were severely distorted. Among them, 4 mammography axial images were larger than the actual length of 1 ~ 3 cm, 3 mastoid axial images were less than the actual length of 1 ~ 2 cm, 13 mastoids The axial image is equal or nearly equal to the actual length. Distortion is about ± (15% ~ 20%) or so, to the clinical diagnosis of certain difficulties. Conclusion In the actual photography work, the mastoid Mei angle tilted double 45 °, this is a key point, can not increase or decrease.
