患者,男性,69岁,主诉左侧咽部不适感1天,在左侧咽部有一紫红色的血疤,用针挑,有少量血丝流出,于1983年9月,在本院门诊治疗。检查:红细胞沉降率120mm/hr咽部慢性充血、左侧扁桃体窝有一花生米大,呈暗红色的物体,表面高低不平,质软,在镊取血块时,发现有一蒂与扁桃体南上方相连,稍能活动,诊断为咽部新生物。病理0.3×0.1×
