钱女士与公司于1997年7月1日签订了无固定期限的劳动合同,公司以企业关闭清算为由于2001年12月18日提前解除劳动合同,并支付了经济补偿金。但当时全公司职工未参加基本医疗保险,且省市有关医疗保险政策尚未出台,故没有对钱女士的医疗保险事宜作出相应处理和补偿。公司仅在公司会议上承诺待相关政策出台后即为已被裁员的职工补办有关手续。2002
